PHAT CAMP CHICAGO: SUCCESS!
Phat Camp Chicago was awesome! Thanks to my home gym of Lakeshore Athletic CLub for hosting the event. We had a very successful, fun group of women participate. Way to go Jen and Staff!! You can go to www.getphatwithjen.com for more pics!

I just got back from Dallas where I competed in Fitness Nationals. I didnt do as well as I had planned but am planning a big return in 08 with a better physique and routine round. Here are some photos from the show:
Congratulations to Lishia Dean for getting third place at nationals. Lishia is my coworker with getphatonline.com and also one of my best friends in the industry. Congrats girl I am so proud of you!
