Welcome to my website

My name is Betsy McNally Harris. I am a personal trainer and NPC National Fitness Competitor. I live in downtown Chicago. If you are looking for a trainer to help you get in the best shape of your life, you have found the right person. I have been a competitve gymnast, high school teacher and coach and fitness athlete for many years and I understand how a woman's body works! If you are looking to lose a few pounds, are getting ready for an event or even a fitness competition I can help you reach your goals.

NEXT COMPETITION

Dear clients and friends,
As most of you know I pulled out of the Chicago competition. It was a great choice and is giving me more time to prepare for my next show, Fitness Nationals in Dallas in November! I have been keeping busy by traveling with the Phat Camp tour, just returning from Lake Geneva Wisconsin where we had a huge turnout and a wonderful camp. My next stops are New York and Toronto.

Yeah! 3rd Place At The Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding Invitational

I am just returning home from Columbus where I received third place in the Arnold Amateur fitness competition. I was very happy with my performance and was especially happy to have competed with my very good friend and PCUnit buddy Heather Bear!
