Welcome to my website

My  name is Betsy McNally Harris. I am a personal trainer and NPC National Fitness Competitor. I live in downtown Chicago. If you are looking for a trainer to help you get in the best shape of  your life, you have found the right person. I have been a competitve gymnast, high school teacher and coach and fitness athlete for many years and I understand how a woman's body works! If you are looking to lose a few pounds, are getting ready for an event or even a fitness competition I can help you reach your goals.

I just returned from a wonderful Phat Camp in New York City. I had the pleasure of meeting dozens of motivating and inspiring women. Thanks ladies for such a great weekend. You continue to motivate me to keep training hard and achieving my goals...you are my inspiration!
