Welcome to my website

My  name is Betsy McNally Harris. I am a personal trainer and NPC National Fitness Competitor. I live in downtown Chicago. If you are looking for a trainer to help you get in the best shape of  your life, you have found the right person. I have been a competitve gymnast, high school teacher and coach and fitness athlete for many years and I understand how a woman's body works! If you are looking to lose a few pounds, are getting ready for an event or even a fitness competition I can help you reach your goals.

Hello Everyone!
Just got back from Toronto Phat Camp. It was amazing, we had over one hundred women participate! It was an honor to meet some great women from all over the great country of Canada!



Next Stop:
Look out for me and good friend and PCUNIT colleague Lishia Dean to compete at this year's NPC Fitness Nationals NOVEMBER 15TH! We will be representing the PHAT GIRLZ team!
