Welcome to my website

My  name is Betsy McNally Harris. I am a personal trainer and NPC National Fitness Competitor. I live in downtown Chicago. If you are looking for a trainer to help you get in the best shape of  your life, you have found the right person. I have been a competitve gymnast, high school teacher and coach and fitness athlete for many years and I understand how a woman's body works! If you are looking to lose a few pounds, are getting ready for an event or even a fitness competition I can help you reach your goals.

Presently I am working as a member of the PCUNIT, or Phat Camp Unit under fitness superstar Jenny Hendershott. You can read more about Phat Camp at www.getphatwithjen.com. I have competed in numerous competitions and have been training clients for over five years. Compiled with my gymanstics and teaching background, I feel confident I can help you reach your goals.

PHAT CAMP CHICAGO: SUCCESS!
Phat Camp Chicago was awesome! Thanks to my home gym of Lakeshore Athletic CLub for hosting the event. We had a very successful, fun group of women participate. Way to go Jen and Staff!! You can go to www.getphatwithjen.com for more pics!
