Personal Training Consultation: This will include a half hour phone or inperson consultation to determine fitness goals, training/workout plan, diet, workouts, cardio plans, supplement guidelines for six week plan.
Competitor Training Plan: This is for a fitness or figure competitor or anyone who wants to look like one. It will include cardio, weight training and diet/supplement plans for the duration of your contest prep starting 10 weeks out. You will send weekly photos and will receive ongoing feedback on your physique, diet, etc. Also guidelines on suit choices, makeup, tanning, posing, etc.
Workouts: You can choose between one months worth of weight training plans which includes 20 workouts or one weeks plan which includes 5 workouts.
Meal Plans: The meal plan should be followed for four weeks. Each initial meal plan will also include supplement recommendations and cardio/weight training recommendations that correllate with the diets. Each update after the initial diet is $25
Cardio Programs: There are two plans for cardio. Each will be tailored to your specific level of fitness. Plan one will be 10 cardio workouts and will be good for six weeks of training. The second plan will be 5 workouts and will be good for 3-6 weeks of training.
